Our classes are suitable for all abilities and age groups. Each session runs for 45 minutes.

Water offers expecting mums a gentle, low-impact way to move comfortably while easing the weight and pressure on joints.
Exercising in warm water can help soothe common pregnancy aches, improve circulation and posture, support fluid balance, assist with blood-pressure control, and boost overall mood and sleep. The buoyancy allows you to move freely, stay active, and feel supported throughout each stage of pregnancy.
During classes, please stay hydrated, take breaks when you need them, and let your instructor know you’re pregnant so we can offer safe modifications. As with any fitness program, we recommend seeking professional medical advice before you begin and taking each session at your own pace.
