How Old is Your Child?

Age is a helpful starting point in the early years. This guide uses age ranges to direct you to the most suitable classes for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, with links to each recommended program.

Is Your Child 4 Years & Older?

From age four, swimming ability varies widely. This section focuses on your child’s confidence, comfort, and current skills to help you select the most appropriate class.

Has your child participated in swimming lessons beyond school-based swimming lessons, or have they had lots of exposure to aquatic environments?
