School-Age Group Swimming
Building confident, capable swimmers through structured school-age lessons that grow skills, safety, and independence in the water.
Designed for children in kindy and school, our school-age group swimming lessons focus on developing strong foundations in swimming and water safety. With a clear, progressive curriculum, children build confidence, refine technique, and learn to move independently and safely through the water.
Learning to Swim with Confidence
Our school-age group lessons are delivered in small groups and run for 30 minutes, allowing children to learn progressively alongside peers of similar ability. Lessons are structured, supportive, and designed to meet swimmers where they’re at—whether they’re new to the water or ready to refine their strokes.
Across multiple levels, children are guided through essential swimming and water-safety skills, including:
Feeling comfortable, relaxed, and safe in the water
Breath control and coordination
Buoyancy and floating techniques
Propulsion and movement through water
Stroke development and refinement
Each lesson builds on the last, helping children develop strong technique, confidence, and independence in the pool.
