By purchasing from the School of Little Swimmers Shop, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Use

Our products are intended for recreational and training use under adult supervision. SOLS is not responsible for injury or misuse of swim equipment.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. Availability

Stock levels may vary. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative option.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. SOLS is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or public holidays.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may become available in the near future. Once launched, they will be valid for the period printed on the voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Liability

SOLS is not liable for loss or damage resulting from incorrect use of any item purchased from our shop.
