At School of Little Swimmers, we want you to feel confident when purchasing swim gear for your child. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on items that are:
• Unused
• Unworn
• In original packaging
• Returned within 14 days of purchase

For hygiene reasons, goggles or accessories that have been used in water cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds & Store Credit

You may choose a refund or store credit once we’ve received and assessed your returned item.

Return Postage

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund according to Australian Consumer Law.
